Chickpea Crunchies

There are a bunch of recipes for this all over. I think I originally found it posted by someone of veggieboards.com and just did my own prefered seasoning blend.


1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
seasoning salt
garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400*. Blot chickpeas dry. Season to taste. Bake 30-40 minutes, lowering the tem to 325-350* in the last 10 minutes to prevent burning.

Use whatever seasonings you like! This is a very yummy, high protein, low fat snack.
